This report has been developed in response to the Designer Report assessment requirements for the units CUAGRD516 Develop graphic design practice to meet industry needs and CUAPPR513 Present a body of own creative work. It provides a critical examination of contemporary graphic design practice, emerging design and technological trends, and professional development pathways within the industry. The report also incorporates a documented professional designer interview and demonstrates the application of industry-standard layout, typography, intellectual property considerations, and production processes through the creation of a refined print and digital publication.
