







This project brief outlined a retail food branding assignment where we had to create a complete brand identity for a food retail business—either a new concept or a rebrand. It helped me to gain an insight through the full design process, including research, ideation, concept development, and presentation. I had to research competitors and audiences, create mood boards, develop a logo, business card, coffee card, style guide, pattern, menu, uniform, and advertising campaign, and present mockups to the class. All work had to be original and professionally prepared for both print (CMYK, 300dpi) and digital output. The project also required critical reflection, a self-evaluation, and a rationale explaining your creative thinking, technical process, and design decisions.
