This project saw me working to create a thoughtful brand identity and then creating the labels and outer packaging using industry processes. Through this project, I learned how to develop a brand identity that connects mythology with modern design, using visual storytelling to create packaging that is both elegant and meaningful. I gained practical skills in researching sustainable packaging materials, experimenting with illustration and typography, and understanding layout for functionality and aesthetics. Researching existing brands such as Aesop and Grown Alchemist gave me insight into how packaging communicates values, while exploring current trends highlighted the importance of sustainability and innovation. Overall, I learned to critically evaluate designs, align aesthetic choices with brand values, and ensure the concept appeals to a modern, unisex audience.
