This project involved creating a complete brand identity and ticketing app concept for a fictional art gallery in Valletta, Malta called Tħossok Valletta. The concept is built around the brand idea “Stone and Soul,” reflecting the balance between Valletta’s historic limestone architecture and contemporary artistic expression. The project explored branding, logo design, colour, typography, and visual identity, ensuring the design reflects the city’s cultural heritage while appealing to modern audiences. It also focused on UX/UI design, including creating user personas, researching competitor galleries, designing an intuitive ticketing app interface, and conducting user experience testing to refine navigation, button clarity, and usability. Industry practices such as responsive design, web standards from the W3C, mobile screen sizes, and accessibility considerations were researched to guide development. The project was produced using Figma for prototyping and interaction design, while also ensuring intellectual property and licensing requirements were followed. Overall, the work demonstrates skills in branding, digital design, user research, UX testing, and applying professional industry standards to a real-world design concept.
